There are all manner of outdoors activities in Posio; in the winter you can try downhill and cross-country skiing, snowmobile excursions, husky and reindeer safaris, and even ice-climbing in the Korouoma icefalls! In the summer, there are countless hiking and trekking trails, hunting possibilities as well as opportunities for water recreation such as canoeing trips and fishing.
