ÅLAND’S CAMERA MUSEUM IN PÅLSBÖLE
This is a small museum with a large content. The collection contains not only cameras but also a large variety of accessories and photographic equipment. The museum is divided into three sections; shop, darkroom and studio.
Special exhibitions, for example the police’s old equipment for taking pictures of convicts. Here’s also the photographic equipment that belonged to Rafael Virtanen, known as the bus driver with a passion for photography.
The museum is located in a school building in Pålsböle. There is a museum shop and a café which have same opening hours as the museum.
