Hossa and Kylmäluoma hiking areas are located in the north-eastern part of the Wild Taiga wilderness. Both areas offer fishermen lakes and rivers with both wild and stocked fish as well as high-quality campsites.

Hossa Hiking Area offers spectacular fishing possibilities, good service, gorgeous views and well-cared hiking trails, versatile trekking programmes and rental equipments.
Cabins, RV sites, saunas and restaurants.

In winter time regularly maintained cross-country skiing tracks and excellent snow mobile routes. Multiactivity weeks with cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, igloo building, husky tours and ice fishing.

In summer and autumn accommodation from top-notch cabins to lean-tos in the forest. Fishing, canoeing, hiking, berry picking. Excellent hiking trails with fire places. Hiking and canoeing maps, fishing permits, information, boat and canoe rental. Diving base.

The Kylmäluoma hiking centre/camping area offers good opportunities for year-round nature activities and fine accommodation for all tastes from top-notch cabins to lean-tos in the forest.
We offer summer and autumn nature activities from hunting and fishing to canoeing, hiking and berry picking. In winter, excellent motor sled routes make high-speed winter activities possible. There are around 15 km of regularly maintained cross-country skiing tracks.

The central building of the area (containing the reception and a restaurant with full liquor license) gathers the services and activities of the Kylmäluoma area under one roof, where the active and helpful staff will guide you in exploring the possibilities of the area.
