HAUKIKOIRA – Fishing services arranges guided fishing trips and other activities in the waters and on land .

AREAS OF ACTIVITY

Southern Gulf of Finland Kotka – Lovisa – Pernaja – Porvoo – Sipoo – Helsinki – Inkoo – Tammisaari – Hanko – Kimito .

We also operate in Lahti’s Vesijärvi from our base in Messilä.

We fish mainly for salmonid fish in southern Finland, the Helsinki-Vantaa River and Kotka River Kymi areas. With our partners we with also organize customized tours to Finnish Lapland, for salmon fishing and ice fishing trips.

FISH

We mainly fish Finnish bass, walleye and northern pike, as well as catering to clients wishes and to the seasonal availability of the other fish , such as salmonid fish, as well as herring, whitefish and asp.

BOATING

We also provide “A day on the water” tours, during which instead of fishing, we explore the beautiful nature of the southern sea, or inland waters, culminating with coffee by an open fire.

EQUIPMENT

We have two 6 metre boats, which are registered to carry 7 passengers.

Silver Eagle 630cc, Sea Star 610rc boats with the latest Honda engines.

Our Eagle features a bow mounted Minnkota iPilot Riptide Terrova 80 electric motor, and a GPS -based iPilot control system which allows for a truly high-quality fishing experience. Our Shimano equipment ensures spinning smoothly and safely.

GUIDES

Haukikoira – Fishing Guides are highly qualified, certified, with decades of experience. Our guides also have all the required licenses to operate boats, and all our boats are fully equipped according to the legal requirements.

We understand our responsibility in terms of the continuity of the stocks . We also understand the best practices in accordance with the manners of a fisherman in the waters as with other parts of the nature.
