Holiday House Lapland

Have an enjoyable adventure in the Winter Wonderland by living under the Northern Lights in a cosy traditional familyhouse with a large own garden. The house is a traditional wooden family house typical in Northern Finland.

There are 2 separate twinrooms and a sleeping corner for the travellers. The spacy livingroom is comfortable furnished and with a fireplace, in the kitchen there is a wood burned owen in addition to the electricity stove. The main accommodation is 112 m2: 2 bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen, hall, utility room, bathroom and sauna: beds for 4 + 3 persons in all as required. The kitchen is full equipped. Beddings and towels are included.

Also possible to ask for an additional 18 m2 en suite room: double bed with a shower and toilet and a mini kitchen with a fridgerator.

TV, DVD and CD-player, dish washer, washing machine, electricity oven with a four ring stove, microwave oven, fridgerator and freezer, air-conditioning and electricity heating and also wood burned heating, open fireplace, coffee cooker, microwave owen, water cooker, toaster, hairdryer, sauna. Running cold and warm water.

Accommodation possibilities:
A ) 112 m2 house with two bedroon and alcove apartment. Sleeps 2 – 6 persons( possibility for one extra bed for a small child or baby), one WC and sauna.

B) 112 m2 house + 18 m2 additional bedroom with double bed and own shower with WC. Sleeps 8 adults, 2 children and baby bed with no extra charge.

The location is peaceful and safe for children. Have a visit to the Santa Claus Village with a 10 minutes drive from the house. 5 minutes drive (3,5 km) to the Rovaniemi city center. There is a restaurant and a grocery shop 200 meters away from the house. The Ounasvaara Golf Area is within a short walking distance. 8 km to the Rovaniemi Airport and 6 km to the Railway Station.
