This 5-star spacious 300 m2 villa features three floors with six luxurious bedrooms, an open-plan living area with a large open fireplace, a modern kitchen, and wide panoramic windows overlooking the last great wilderness in Europe.
Although LevinSky was completed as recently as December 2012, the villa is fashioned from mighty logs giving it the kind of authentic feel of an Alpine cabin and carefully selected designer furniture. With a log fire burning brightly in the fireplace, and the jacuzzi and sauna warmed up, the villa couldn’t feel cozier or more comfortable. Beyond the wall-sized windows there is a fine patio which includes a premium outdoor jacuzzi that accommodates 8 people, and a stone fireplace. The jacuzzi is heated and can be used all year around, ideal for admiring the Northern Lights or the Midnight Sun, depending on the season.
Located at 360m above sea level, the Levi ‘n’ Sky Villa offers guests a 180° unobstructed panoramic view of Lapland scenery, the highlight of which is the beautiful Kumputunturi fell in the distance, which reaches a height of 581m.
At night the sky is filled with stars, sometimes accompanied with the magical Aurora Borealis, and in the far distance the glimmer from the lights of Europe’s largest gold mine.
LevinSky luxury villa is situated just 10 minutes from the Levi Village centre. The closest ski tracks and lifts, and the nearest restaurant, are both within easy walking distance. There are plenty of other services and activities available in Levi, which can be arranged for guests with ease. Luxurious 300m² Villa
The LevinSky Villa has an area of 300m² with 11 rooms, of which 6 are bedrooms with a total of 15 beds. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, with a toilet and shower, and another 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, with another toilet and shower and a shared living room with a large flatscreen TV and entertainment system. There are sleeping places for 12 people, with an extra 3 beds if needed. On the first floor there is a spacious kitchen, another living room, and a sauna area with dressing room and two showers.
The LevinSky Villa has been equipped with a range of quality new household appliances: there is an electric (induction) stove & oven, dishwasher, fridge & freezer, kettle, espresso and coffee machines, and a toaster. There is a washing machine and three drying closets for wet clothes. There is a large dining table and tableware for 14 people. In the living rooms guests will find big screen TVs (46″ and 55″), a fireplace with firewood, a Blue-Ray DVD player, CD players, wi-fi internet, ironing equipment, high chairs for children and movable child beds. The under-floor heating system and luxurious interiors will ensure that guests have the most pleasant stay.
