The Levi Spirit villas are nestled in nature, on the peaceful side of Levi Fell, along the free-flowing Ounasjoki River in the Taalovaara area. Lapland’s adventures begin right at your doorstep: in winter, the cross-country ski trail runs along the edge of the villa area, there’s direct access to snowmobile routes, and the nearest ski lift is just 1,200 meters away. The center of Levi is a 10-minute drive, Kittilä Airport 15 minutes, and Kolari railway station is 80 km away. Each villa has its own free parking space.

The midnight sun paints the landscapes in glowing light during summer nights, inviting you to hike and bike in the fells around the clock. The crystal-clear waters of the Ounasjoki River attract fishing enthusiasts, and Levi’s golf course offers a unique playing experience in the heart of Lapland’s stunning scenery. In autumn, the vibrant colors of the foliage transform the fells into a painter’s dream, perfect for peaceful hikes and berry-picking excursions.
If any ski resort in the world can be called truly snow-sure, it’s Levi. The long skiing season begins with the first snowfall in October, and Finland’s largest ski resort offers well-maintained slopes and cross-country trails all the way into May. On average, the season includes over 200 days of skiing!
Levi offers unforgettable moments all year round. The midnight sun creates magical light during summer, inviting you to enjoy long hikes and bike rides in the fells. The clear waters of the Ounasjoki are perfect for fishing, and the nearby golf course offers a one-of-a-kind playing experience surrounded by nature. In autumn, the fiery foliage paints the hills in rich colors, perfect for hiking and relaxing in the silence of the wilderness.

The Levi Spirit complex consists of nine separate villas, each accommodating up to 10 people – with four double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, plus a loft for two. Each villa has 256 m² of living space and a total usable area of 458.5 m².
Levi Spirit Lounge
The Levi Spirit Lounge serves as the heart of the area and a meeting place for guests. During busy seasons, it’s the perfect spot to wait for check-in or airport transfers. If desired, lunch can be served here on arrival or departure days, and the lounge is also ideal for changing gear or storing luggage. The space can also host meetings, celebrations, and private events – effortlessly and in style.

Each Levi Spirit villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, and dishwasher. You’ll also find free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, CD and DVD player, washing machine, and dryer. Outside, each villa has its own private firepit shelter (laavu).
