Nuorgam Holiday Village

Nuorgam Holiday Village is located in a five-star location at the northernmost point of Finland and the European Union, bordering Norway and only half an hour’s drive from the Arctic Ocean. Nuorgam Holiday Village provides a wide range of recreational and activity opportunities on the shores of the great Tenojoki River and in the heart of the enchanting fell highlands, right on the edge of the Kaldoaivi Wilderness Area.

Nuorgam Holiday Village‘s recently renovated apartments have been individually designed and are well equipped. There are seven apartments (sleeping 14 guests), four apartments with sauna (sleeping 18 guests) and 11 summer cottages (sleeping 38 guests), each with its own entrance and balcony.

Nuorgam Holiday Village‘s caravan area is open 1 March – 20 September and has been awarded a three-star rating by SF-Caravan. The area has a modern and high-standard service building. Our caravan area has received good feedback for its excellent location, amenities and tidiness.

Nuorgam Holiday Village‘s cafeteria-restaurant Suvanto serves travellers throughout the year. Open daily in the summertime and other times by arrangement. Suvanto serves Lappish – Finnish local food and the ingredients can’t get more local: salmon is naturally caught from the Tenojoki River, reindeer from indigenous Sámi reindeer herders, cloudberries, other Lappish berries and wild mushrooms are picked from the neighbouring fell highlands.
