Riihipiha Museum

Riihipiha Museum has operated in Vuolijoki since 1991 and was founded out of respect for the Kainuu agricultural entrepreneurs who put so much effort into clearing the forests to make way for fields. Today, visitors to the Threshing yard can find over 20 buildings and some 4,000 tools and objects that defined the lives of locals in the past. There is also a café and restaurant on the site.
