Skyttala Museum
Skyttala Museum is located approximately 6 kilometers from the center of Pargas, in its original location in a cultural landscape. Skyttala Hemman is mentioned in sources as early as the 16th century. The museum includes the old manor building from the turn of the century 1700-1800, the small cottage that functioned as a sewing cottage, the grain shed from the 18th century and the barn which is complete with a preserved oven and drying racks. There is also a windmill on the museum grounds. The interior of the main building shows how people lived and lived on a farm in Pargas during the 19th century.
